To unlock the copier in this case you must enter into "security mode" and switch "iu life stop setting" to "no stop" . How to enter in security mode…. if you are a true technician …you already know that… if you are end user….call a real techician

-toner motor is unable to rotate the toner bottle= The most likely cause is wrong pointing of toner bottle
Solving:
turn of the copier, pull out the toner bottle(don’t rotate the bottle
turn on the copier :
1. hear the noise behind the copier then- c0700 = the toner motor or toner rotate mechanism was broken -you must change the toner rotate mechanism or change all (motor +mechanism) with a new toner motor from EP 1050/1054-it works perfect.
2. c 0700 code appears immediately : first -check and repair the toner rotate mechanism-see above-
:second- replace the blowed 1A fuse on PWB-A with new one
turn on the copier — everything seems ok ? insert toner bottle in correct position
bizhub series trouble reset procedure

To reset trouble code from konicaminolta bizhub series- 250,350,c250,c252,c203,c253,c353,c451,c550,c650…. follow this steps:
-turn of the copier
-pres and hold utility/counter key until turn on the copier.
-wait …. on the scrren will be see "trouble reset"
-touch "trouble reset"- OK will be see.
-turn off the copier
-wait 10 sec. then turn on the copier.
-if the trouble code will be shown again…..call a competent service technician.
