bizhub c250—bizhub C203 and new colour series -trouble reset procedure

When an error code appear the  best way to solve it is to write the code and then call a technician.
Anyway, for reset code you can try the following procedures :

-first -open and close the front door: if the defect is minor, the code will be reset

-if the code does not disappear after this procedure, open front door and turn off the copier(main switch).

Press utillity/counter and turn on the copier. Keep pressed until ,,trouble reset” is on the screen.

Touch ”trouble reset’ —–will appear –OK

Turn off the copier. After 10 sec. turn on again.

If the code reappears ,you will have to wait for a technician.
