how to reset the fusing unit c451/c550/c650 series

November 16, 2011

Turn off the main switch !
Remove the fusing unit from the machine (2 screws)
Remove the plastic cover (tw.front of the machine) of fusing unit (3 screws).
In that area- under plastic cover - you’ll be find a lot of wires and harness.
Look carrefully- and see there a green resistor inserted on one of the wire. The resistor is covered with a transparrent cover (tube).
Cut this resistor and put in the same way (replace-it) with a fuse (max 0.08A).
Now replace the cover, and the fusing unit in machine.
Turn On the main sw.

Good luck !
And keep in touch !

BIG DISCOUNT ! C250 SERIES RESETTER !

January 3, 2011

In the begining of the new year - only in january , you can made your own chip resetter  by only 39 USD .

New ! Minolta c250 chip reset

November 22, 2010

            NEW !

C250 SERIES CHIP RESETTER

Hello , my friends !

Finnaly we have a new  chip resetter that really works !

It,s simply to made, simply to use and verry, verry profitable for you !

So, what you can do with the new chip resetter :

It’ easy … you can reset these  chips: C250/C252/- toner and imaging units MC2400/MC5430 /MC5440/PP 1300/PP1350/PP1400 …and much more than that.

For reset/ re- write you can use original "1-wire" chips from used toners or IUs .

With this chip resetter you can read and save in few seconds any bin file from any 1-wire chip ! You can do that just next to customer’s copier/printer….. now, once saved, you can use bin file whenever you need , to write those informations on other chips.

With re-writed chips, toners and imaging units becomes like a brand new…

Now, you can made your own chip resetter quick and easy -we talk about 5 pasive electronic components , 10 min of work and great satsfaction.

Because of the christmas hollyday, the price for our chip resetter it’ s going to be only in this period of time:  47 USD.

Good luck and keep in touch !

total counter and service password reset DI2510

December 14, 2009

This information is available only for the service stuff.

bizhub c203/253/353, c451/c550/c650 DF611 jam

July 3, 2009

frequent jams on DF611 :

1. multiple feeding : swing up the adf paper feed tray. Under tray you will find a spring that press the separating roller (blue one). Set this spring on the lower position.

2. jams at the last sheet of paper :swing up-at left  only upper side of the adf paper feeed tray, swing up -at right elevator tray and remove it. Under elevator tray you will see a large white plastic part .this part lift up the elevator tray.On this part (white) you will see 2 small holes (like screw holes) insert in those holes 2 screws and screw it so remain only 2-4 mm out on white part

df611.jpg

The other reason for multiple jam on DF611 is bad setting of photo interrupter: to solve this -open-remove upper cover of paper df tray -inside you will find 3-4 photo interrupter .These is just inserted in their holes but it’s not fixed. When Df work and vibrate -these interrupter move freely in that holes. For best results you can use a quick adhesiv(bond) to fix it in right position
